How to Fix PAGE NOT FOUND Error Loading Secure (HTTPS) Sites
1. From the Desktop, right-click on the Internet Explorer icon.
2. Click Properties
3. Click the Security tab of the Internet Properties dialog box.
4. Set each of the four Web content zones (shown below) to "Default Level".
5. Click the Advanced tab of the Internet Properties dialog box, as shown below.
6. Click the "Restore Defaults" button.
6. Click the "Apply" button.
6. Click the "OK" button.
