The Sentinel
The Sentinel - A good thriller, but not great. A really good episode of '24' is probably better than this.

Agent Sues DEA Over Video
I'm sure you've seen the
video. Now, read the
story. The agent hoped that the embarassing story wouldn't get out. However, the video got out, and it has become wildly popular on TV and the Internet.

Microsoft Ending Support for Windows 98/ME
As of July 11, 2006, Microsoft
will not support Windows 98 or Windows ME. This also means they will not release critical updates for these operating systems. Personally, I think they should have made the date correspond with the release of Windows Vista.

James Berardinelli: Movies on Computers
James Berardinelli: "Memo to the studios and the MPAA: The way to combat piracy is
not to commit highway robbery. $20 isn't laughable, it's insane. Who's going to spend more money on a downloadable movie that they can only watch on their computer when they could get the same film on DVD from Amazon.com for less money."
I couldn't agree more.
Switch Different
Paul Boutin: "I don't want Windows on a Mac.
I want OS X on a PC."

cancelled. Argh!
Paul Thurrot Reviews Apple's Boot Camp
Paul Thurrot:
Apple Boot Camp Review - Here's a good quote from his conclusion: "There's precious little chance I'd ever want to switch to Mac OS X, but I do need to maintain OS X systems for testing purposes. Life would surely be a lot simpler for me if I could run both Windows and OS X on the same hardware. I suspect the same is true for many other people as well. Rejoice."

Apple's 'Boot Camp' Commentary
I
agree with Rafe that Apple's release of Boot Camp is a stroke of genius. Their sales should skyrocket. Boot Camp will make it possible for Windows users to move exclusively to OS X
at their own pace. There is now no need to go cold turkey or to have two PC's.
Office 2007: New File Formats?
It is now being reported that Office 2007 will feature
NEW file extensions. Everything about this new Microsoft project is annoying me. Why all the (seemingly) pointless change?

Apple Boot Camp
Apple Boot Camp - "More and more people are buying and loving Macs. To make this choice simply irresistible, Apple will include technology in the next major release of Mac OS X, Leopard, that lets you install and run the Windows XP operating system on your Mac."
Dear Apple: Are you saying that XP doesn't suck? Are you saying that power users have a need for XP? Are you admitting that OS X won't do anything and everything a person would need to do? No? You want to sell more hardware? OK. Thank you for your honesty.
Here is an
article on Boot Camp.
