2nd Amendment
UPDATE: Big win for gun owners! Court rules individuals have the right own guns.
Today is the day that the Supreme Court is expected to (once for all time?) hand down a decision that guarantees an INDIVIDUAL'S right to bear arms.
The 2nd Amendment does not grant that right, the 2nd Amendment prevents the government from infringing upon that right.
