Anti Wal-Mart Film Wal-Mart: The High Cost of Low Price - Propaganda at its best. Interesting, but completely one-sided. The big surprise? Big corporations are greedy! Really? The sequences of U.S. Wal-Mart employees whining about low wages and poor benefits remind me of one thing: the freedom that these workers have to seek employment elsewhere. The film did, however, raise legitimate concerns about illegal overtime, environmental hazards and parking lot safety. The film is recommended, but for what it is: propaganda.
