RIAA Trying to Ruin XM Radio Greed, greed and more greed. Full Disclosure: I pay a monthly fee for Napster. I'm not opposed to paying for music. I've also purchased hundreds of CD's over the years. I am concerned the RIAA would like to charge you for every single note of music your precious little ears might hear or overhear. Some of these efforts seem like Bizarro World to me. I envision getting fined for having my radio turned up loud enough for the car next to me to hear it. "You can't do that! The person next to you didn't pay for that XM radio stream. Either turn down your radio or pay up!" Give me a break. Has it ever ocurred to the RIAA that people like XM create demand for the RIAA's clients' work?
