'Serenity' Getting Good Reviews The reviews for Serenity coming in at MetaCritic are positive, including a thumbs up by Roger Ebert. I'm getting mixed reports on whether or not persons who haven't seen the Firefly series will enjoy the film. My prediction is this: If you liked the character Han Solo, from Star Wars, you'll enjoy Serenity, even if you've never seen a single episode of Firefly.
