Spyware: Major Problem for Windows Users If you're running Windows XP, then you need to immunize your PC with a program called SpywareBlaster. What does it do? It will prevent the installation of some ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests. It will also block some spyware/tracking cookies and restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer. If you already have a spyware/malware/adware problem, then use both of these removal tools: Spybot and Ad-Aware.
