Too Much Focus on Being Cops - "Several weeks later, the "War Cabinet" met again, this time at the presidential retreat, Camp David, in the hills of remote Western Maryland. Mr. Bush called on Mr. Mueller to brief the group on the FBI's efforts against al Qaeda. The FBI director, unprepared, had no information to share.
